Registration Information

All prices are reflected in US Dollars.  

If registering from outside the US, current exchange rates will apply and additional fees may be incurred through your bank or credit card company. Click here to see current exchange rates. Actual rates may vary due to multiple factors.

Tuition for this event covers all costs for accommodations, meals, teaching, and event supplies. Tuition does not include transportation to and from the event. (Linens are included with Standard and Ensuite Accommodation, consisting of a pillow, sheet set, a light blanket, and a towel. We encourage you to bring additional bedding if a specific pillow and blanket would make your stay more comfortable.)

  • Standard accommodation consists of housing with multiple-bunk rooms sharing a single bathroom. Multiple attendees will be assigned to each Standard room. Private group and individual rooms are not available.

  • Ensuite accommodation include a bathroom in each bunk room. Multiple attendees will be assigned to each Ensuite room. Private group and individual rooms are not available.

  • Tent-Pitch accommodation consists of a flat, grassy area for pitching your own tent; bathroom facilities are located a short walk away at the main complex.

  • Caravan sites consist of a 10x10m area for a caravan with electric hook-ups. Water hook-ups are NOT provided.





Dietary Restriction Add-On

  • An additional fee of $25 USD applies for special dietary needs.


Shuttle Ticket from Newtown Train Station

If you are not yet sure if you would like to utilise the shuttle, you will have the opportunity to purchase a shuttle ticket after registering.

Details

  • The cost is $25 for a round-trip ticket.
  • This is non-refundable.
  • You may use the ticket to travel one way; however, it will still be the same price.
  • The meeting time to catch the shuttle is 16:15 on Thursday, 5 October. Should the train schedule change, this time will be adjusted accordingly.
  • The shuttle will return to the Newtown Station by 13:00  on Sunday, 8 October.

Shuttle Ticket from Birmingham Airport

If you are not yet sure if you would like to utilise the shuttle, you will have the opportunity to purchase a shuttle ticket after registering.

Details

  • The cost is $65 USD for a round-trip ticket.
  • This is non-refundable.
  • You may use the ticket to travel one way; however, it will still be the same price.
  • The meeting time to catch the shuttle is 13:30 on Thursday, 5 October. The shuttle service will not be responsible for people that miss the shuttle for any reason. If you do miss the shuttle, you will have to provide your own transportation.
  • The shuttle will return to the Birmingham Airport at 15:00 on Sunday, 8 October.  We ONLY encourage attendees to use this transportation method if they are able to book airline flights accordingly.
  • Tickets are available immediately online and until they sell-out.
  • The approximate travel time from the park to the airport is 2.5 hours. However, the shuttle cannot be held responsible for the trip lasting longer than 2.5 hours due to unforeseen circumstances. Please plan your return flight accordingly, allowing enough time for check-in, security, and margin.

Emergency Contact Information


A signed waiver by every event participant will be required before you can complete registration. The link to obtain waivers will be shown on the confirmation page. If you are registering someone in addition to yourself, those ladies will also be required to complete a waiver.


Cancellation by Registrant
Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the event; however, you will be charged a $75 USD handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the event that you cancel your registration less than 3 weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.  Due to the exchange rate, please be aware that the amount of your refund may differ from what you originally paid.

Cancellation by Wild at Heart
If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, pandemic, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and refund your full Wild at Heart event registration fee to you.

Participation of Stasi Eldredge
While it is our intent that Stasi Eldredge will participate in the event, if for any reason she is unable to participate, the event will most likely continue without her. However, we reserve the right to cancel the event should Stasi Eldredge's participation be prevented if we decide, in our sole discretion, that cancellation is necessary under the circumstances.  If we do decide to cancel the event for any reason, we will refund your full registration fee to you.
